Apple Pound Tart

Ingredients

    • 6 Fresh Apples

 

    • 3 Eggs

 

    • 3/4 Cup of Sugar

 

    • 3/4 Cup of Flour

 

    • Pinch of Vanilla

 

    • 1/2 Teaspoon of Baking Powder

 

  • 1 Tablespoon of Powder Sugar

  • In a mixer, beat together 3 eggs and 3/4 cup of sugar
  • Add in a pinch of vanilla, and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
  • Put mixer on lowest speed and add in 3/4 cups of flour, mix it all together
  • Peel the apples, cut them up in slices
  • Spray your pan, *any baking pan works
  • Put the slices on the bottom of the pan, then pour in the mixture on top of the apples

  • Bake in the oven at 350F for about 30-40mins *depending on your oven
  • After you take the cake out, flip it on to a plate, apples should be on top now
  • Let it cool down 10 mins, sift some powdered sugar on top

instructions:

  4. Peel the apples, cup them up in slices.
  5. Spray your pan, (Any baking pan works).
  6. Put the slices on the bottom of the pan, then pour in the mixture on top of the apples.
  7. Bake in the oven at 350F for bout 30-40 minutes (depending on your oven)
  8. After you tae the cake out, flip it onto a plate, apples should be on top now. 
  9. Let it cool down for 10 minutes, then sift some powdered sugar on top.
