Apple Pound Tart

Ingredients

  • 6 Fresh Apples
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3/4 Cup of Sugar
  • 3/4 Cup of Flour
  • Pinch of Vanilla
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon of Powder Sugar

  • In a mixer, beat together¬†3 eggs and 3/4 cup of sugar
  • Add in a pinch of vanilla, and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
  • Put mixer on lowest speed and add in 3/4 cups of flour, mix it all together
  • Peel the apples, cut them up in slices
  • Spray your pan, *any baking pan works
  • Put the slices on the bottom of the pan, than pour in the mixture on top of the apples

  • Bake in the oven at 350F for about 30-40mins *depending on your oven
  • After you take the cake out, flip it on to a plate, apples should be on top now
  • Let it cool down 10 mins, sift some powdered sugar on top
