Oven Baked Chicken

Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 – 2pounds chicken (bone-in)

 

    • 1 Tablespoon of salt

 

    • 1 Tablespoon of black pepper

 

    • 1 Tablespoon of Montreal chicken seasoning (there is no msg in this spice)

 

    • 2 Tablespoons of mayonnaise

 

    • 1 Tablespoon of tomato paste

 

    • 2 minced garlic cloves

 

  • 1/2 an onion cut into slices

  • In a bowl combine all ingredients together: salt, pepper, cut onion, tomato paste, mayonnaise, minced garlic, Montreal chicken seasoning, and chicken.

  • Cover bowl with plastic wrap and put in refrigerator for at least an 1hour.

  • Turn oven on 350F.
  • Transfer chicken into an oven pan and cover with foil.
  • Leave in oven for 35 minutes, after remove the foil, and turn oven on broil. Broil until chicken gets dark than take dish out and flip chicken onto other side and broil. Don’t burn it! I prefer when chicken is  crispy on the outside, I don’t like to eat it when it’s greasy-that is why I broil both sides.
