    • a few slices of old bread
    • olive oil
    • garlic salt
    • Dried parsley, or any of your favorite herbs

Directions for Homemade Croutons:

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Cut the leftover bread into small cubes, put them on a baking sheet, sprinkle with garlic salt and herbs, drizzle with olive oil, toss until all the ingredients are evenly distributed, and bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
