Easy Cheesecake with a Graham Cracker Crust

Ingredients

    • 15 graham crackers, crushed
    • 2 Tbsp of unsalted and melted butter
    • 4 (8oz) packages of cream cheese
    • 1 1/2 cups white sugar
    • 3/4 cup milk
    • 4 eggs
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
    • 1/4 cup all purpose flour

Directions for Easy Cheesecake:

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Grease a cake pan.
  • In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter, press into the bottom of the cake form.

  • In a stand mixer or with a hand mixer beat together cream cheese with sugar until smooth.
  • Add to the mix milk, and eggs one at a time. Incorporate all.
  • Add in sour cream, vanilla, and flour. Combine together until smooth.  Pour into the springform onto the prepared crust.

  • Bake for 1 hour.
  • After one hour, turn oven off and leave the cheesecake inside oven  to cool, with oven door closed for 4-5 hours (this will help to prevent cracking.)
  • Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
