Directions for Mashed Potatoes:
- Peel and cut potatoes into cubes or smaller pieces. Place into a large pot. Next, add just enough water to cover the potatoes.
- Boil over medium heat. Then, add 1/2 Tablespoon of salt.
- Then, when potatoes are fully cooked through, drain the water from the pot. After this, you can start mashing them.
- Mash until each potato piece is mashed. Then, add unsalted butter and mash some more.
- Next, heat 3/4 cup of milk in the microwave for 1 minute.
- Add the milk, a little at a time to the potatoes. Meanwhile, mash in between pours. Mix and mash until the potatoes. Finally, when they are blended together well, enjoy!
