Quick Cabbage Salad

Ingredients

    • 1 small head cabbage

 

    • 2 green onions, chopped

 

    • ½ cup frozen peas, defrosted

 

    • 1 small can of corn

 

    • 3 Tablespoons mayonnaise

 

    • 2 pickles

 

    • Salt and pepper

 

  • Dill and parsley

  • Finely chop 1 small head of cabbage, and put in a medium sized bowl.
  • Chop 2 green onions and add to the cabbage.
  • Also add 1/2 cup of defrosted green peas, 1 small can (drained) corn, and 2 chopped pickles.

  • Stir in 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise until all of the vegetables are coated well.
  • Add salt and paper to taste.
  • You can garnish with dill and parsley.
  • Here you have a quick and full-of-vitamins simple salad!
