Carrot Salad Recipe

Ingredients

    • 5 Tbsp vinegar
    • 3 Tbsp sugar
    • 1 tsp pepper
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp coriander
    • ½ cup grape seed oil
    • 2 lb carrots
    • 10 garlic cloves, minced

Directions for this Carrot Salad:

  • To the carrots add 5 Tablespoons of vinegar, 3 Tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of coriander, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Combine.  
  • Add 10 garlic cloves, minced to the center of the carrots.
  • Heat 1/2 cup of grape seed oil on high heat in a small pot until steam comes out.
  • Pour the oil straight onto the garlic, then mix well with the carrots right away. Try not to burn yourself. This step will give the carrots a smoky garlic smell.

  • Peel and grate 8-10 carrots (about 2 pounds) carrots. Transfer to a large bowl.
