Grilled Avocado and Chicken Wrap

 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (any kind you like)
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 chicken breast, boneless and skinless
  • water to boil chicken breast
  • pinch of salt and black pepper 
  • 2 tortillas (any kind you prefer)

 

Directions: 

  • In a pot, boil the chicken breast. This will take 10 minutes since chicken breast cooks fast. 
  • Chop cooked chicken breast into small pieces. Equally divide chopped chicken into the two tortillas.
  • Top each tortilla with 1/4 cup of grated cheese.
  • Slice an avocado in half, slice each half and then scoop  it out with a spoon. Equally divide between the two tortillas. 

  • Add a pinch of salt and pepper two each tortilla and wrap it up by first pulling in the sides, then rolling it up.

 

  • Heat up the grill or a panini maker. Place the wraps on and let the outside of wrap get golden brown grill lines.
  • Enjoy! This goes great dipped in some ranch. Yum!
