quick and easy crab salad

Seafood lovers, rejoice! I’ve got an easy crab recipe for you.

Remember when I shared a crab salad recipe not too long ago? Well, I’ve got another for you. Except this one is easier. For when you just don’t have time, or ingredients, or both on hand.

There aren’t many things I enjoy more than crab meat. None of that imitation stuff either. I’m talking about real, fresh crab meat. It’s what seafood dreams are made of.

And king crab legs? My gosh, I’m already drooling. Put a tub of crab legs in front of me and some melted, golden delicious butter and tell me to get cracking – I’ll oh so happily oblige.

Or even better – make it into something extraordinary like this easy crab salad. You’ll want to make it over and over and over. Like me.

It’s low-carb, ready in minutes, and can be used in a variety of ways. Though it can be easily devoured as is (I’m talking right off the spoon, my friend), it makes a delicious spread for sandwiches or the perfect dip to wow guests. It screams summer. It gives me all the beach vibes. Just thinking about it makes me want to run to the grocery store to make it all over again.

Can you tell how obsessed I am with this crab salad?

My absolute favorite part of this dish is that it is so easy. It only requires four ingredients. Yup, you read that right.

Just Four Ingredients for an Easy Crab Salad.

King crab legs. You could use any crab meat, really. But there’s just something special about crab legs.

Eggs. Boiled and chopped. It pairs perfectly with the eggs.

Scallions. A lot of people like to use celery. And that works too. But the scallions really bring the freshness for me. Don’t skip the white ends either. They’re deliciously crisp and flavorful.

Mayonnaise. To bring everything together. Add it just before you’re ready to chow down.

That’s it! I really do hope you make this dish – it’s something the whole family will enjoy.

How to make Easy Crab Salad:

  • Boil 4 large eggs then let them cool down.
  • Take the meat out of the crab legs, and chop it up.
  • Wash and chop 3 scallions (green onion), both white and green parts.
  • After 4 large eggs are cooled down, chop them up also. I like to dice everything into cubes, that way everything looks the same it makes it look nice.

  • Enjoy!
