Marinated Chicken Strips

Ingredients

    • 3 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
    • 2 1/2 cups flour
    • 2 large eggs
    • 2 cups boiled water
    • 1 Tbsp kosher salt
    • Pinch of black pepper
    • 2 garlic cloves
    • 1/4 tsp curry powder
    • 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

How to make Marinated Chicken Strips:

  • In a medium sized bowl, combine 2 cups of boiled water, 1 Tablespoon of kosher salt, pinch of black pepper, minced 2 garlic cloves, and 1/4 teaspoon of curry powder.
  • Cut 3 boneless and skinless chicken breasts into small strips, add into the water mixer; let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  • In one small bowl add 2 1/2 cups of flour and in another small bowl whisk 3 large eggs.
  • When ready to cook the chicken, heat up 3 Tablespoons of olive oil in a pan. Dredge chicken strips in flour and then in the whisked eggs; add to the heated oil. Fry each side.
