Homemade Gluten Free Tortilla Chips

Ingredients

    • 1 package gluten-free wraps/tortillas

 

    • sea salt

 

  • extra virgin olive oil

Tortilla Chips

Directions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350F.
  • Unpack the tortillas. On a cutting board, stack the tortillas and with a pizza slicer then cut the tortillas in 8 different triangle shapes.

  • Take two long oven sheets and drizzle them with extra virgin olive oil.
  • Sprinkle sea salt on the baking sheet.
  • Spread out the tortilla slices on to the two sheets.

  • On top of the slices, drizzle extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle some sea salt. Bake for 8 minutes, then turn the baking sheets around and bake for another 8 minutes.
