Weight loss Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 apple (I used organic gala apple to make the drink more sweeter)
- 1 grapefruit
- 1/4 cup of water
Directions:
- Peel and slice 1 grapefruit.
- Slice 1 apple, throw the seeds and steam away.
- Add the fruit to a blender or magic bullet with 1/4 cup of water.
- Blend for 1 minutes or until smooth.

With Yellow Grapefruit!
