Ingredients

    • 1 apple (I used organic gala apple to make the drink sweeter)
    • 1 grapefruit
    • 1/4 cup water

Directions: 

  • Peel and slice 1 grapefruit.
  • Slice 1 apple and throw the seeds and core away.

  • Add the fruit to a blender or nutri bullet with 1/4 cup of water.
  • Blend for 1 minute or until smooth.
