- 1 head cauliflower

- 1/2 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Chop the florets off, spread all over a small baking sheet.
- Drizzle 1 Tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, 3 pinches of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of red chili pepper flakes. Mix together.
- Put in oven for 20 minutes, give it a quick toss and roast for another 5 minutes.
- Enjoy!
