- 2-3 stems green kale
- 1 head green broccoli
- 9-10 Brussel sprouts

How to Make a Superfood Salad at Home
You can make a small salad or a party-sized bowl, but the amount of ingredients listed makes a medium-sized bowl of salad if you use the same amount of each ingredient.
Chop the veggies:
- Chopped broccoli florets
- Chopped kale leaves
- Chopped green cabbage
- Chopped brussels sprouts
- Add dried cranberries and pumpkin seeds to the large bowl. Toss together.
The Poppyseed Dressing Recipe with Just 4 Ingredients
I love using this salad dressing for the salad. It’s a dressing that you will not find at any grocery store. It’s made with mayonnaise, sugar, apple cider vinegar, and poppy seeds. You will find that the dressing is sweet and tangy just like a poppyseed dressing should be.
Combine the simple ingredients together in a bowl.

Superfood Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing
- 2-3 stems green kale stems removed, chopped
- 1 head green broccoli chopped
- 9-10 Brussel sprouts sliced
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup pumpkin seeds
- ¼ green cabbage chopped
- poppy seed dressing
- Chop a small head of broccoli and add to a bowl.
- Remove the stems and chop the kale leaves, then add to the broccoli.
- Chop 1/4 of green cabbage, add to the bowl.
- Slice Brussels sprouts, add to the bowl.
- Add 1/2 cup of dried cranberries and 1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds to the bowl. Mix all together.
