Boil beets, potatoes, and carrots in one pan until they are fully cooked through.
Boil eggs for 5-7 mins.
Chop up the green onion.
Chop up the herring fish into very small pieces.
After vegetables are boiled, cool them down in the refrigerator or on the counter top.
Get a shallow dish in which you will be making the salad.
Peel and grate potatoes onto the bottom part of the dish.
On top of the potato add the chopped boneless herring fish.
Spread 1-2 tablespoon of mayonnaise on the herring, then sprinkle green onion on top of mayonnaise.
Grate peeled carrots on top of the mayonnaise and onion.
On top of the carrots grate hard boiled and peeled eggs
Peel and grate red beets on top of he eggs, spread mayonnaise to cover the beets, Enjoy!
