- BBQ Sauce I use Stubb’s
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 pounds riblets
Boil the riblets in a large pot with just enough water to cover the meat. Add a teaspoon of salt to the water for flavor, then boil for 40 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Drain the water and put the riblets in an oven safe dish. (I also like to cut the riblets into smaller pieces). Cover all the riblets with BBQ sauce, they get more flavor of the bbq if you put more sauce, but it depends on your taste with how strong you want them.
Cover the dish in foil, and put in the oven at 350F for another 30-40 minutes, depending on how your oven works and how many riblets you have. *They will come out hot! So be careful when you take off the foil. Enjoy!
