Homemade Croutons

Servings: 4


  • a few slices of old bread
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic salt
  • Dried parsley or any of your favorite herbs


  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Cut the leftover bread into small cubes, put them on a baking sheet, sprinkle with garlic salt and herbs, drizzle with olive oil, toss until all the ingredients are evenly distributed, and bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
  • Croutons are now ready, enjoy!
