Banana Bread with Walnuts
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt I use sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter softened
- 2 Tablespoons milk I use 2 %, any would work
- 1/4 cup walnuts chopped
- 2-3 bananas
Preheat your oven to 350F.
Butter up your bread form.
Mash the bananas with a fork.
In a medium sized bowl, beat all of the ingredients together for 2 minutes.
Transfer the batter into the bread form and put in the oven for 1 hour. (Or until it passes the toothpick test.)
You will smell the wonderful aroma coming from your oven. Bananas and walnuts make a wonderful combination in this super easy bread!
