Banana Bread with Walnuts

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cup flour
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt I use sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 2 Tablespoons milk I use 2 %, any would work
  • 1/4 cup walnuts chopped
  • 2-3 bananas

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350F.
  • Butter up your bread form.
  • Mash the bananas with a fork.
  • In a medium sized bowl, beat all of the ingredients together for 2 minutes.
  • Transfer the batter into the bread form and put in the oven for 1 hour. (Or until it passes the toothpick test.)
  • You will smell the wonderful aroma coming from your oven. Bananas and walnuts make a wonderful combination in this super easy bread!
