Easy Guacamole Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 4 small tomatoes
  • 3 Tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 garlic cloves

Instructions

  • Mash the avocado in a small bowl.
  • Chop 4 small tomatoes then stir into the bowl with avocado.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients, a pinch of salt, 2 garlic cloves minced, juice from 1/2 a lemon, and 3 Tablespoons of sour cream.
  • Give it all a good stir and enjoy!
