Chili Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 3-4 pinches salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425F.
  • Chop the florets off, spread all over a small baking sheet.
  • Drizzle 1 Tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, 3 pinches of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of red chili pepper flakes. Mix together.
  • Put in oven for 20 minutes, give it a quick toss and roast for another 5 minutes.
  • Enjoy!
