This energy smoothie is a citrus fruit based smoothie. Citrus fruits are good for boosting energy.

  • citrus squeezer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 grapefruit peeled, sliced
  • 1 lemon peeled, sliced
  • 1 orange peeled, sliced
  • ¼ cups water

Instructions
 

  • Peel one orange and one grapefruit. Slice into smaller pieces.
  • Cut lemon in half.
  • Squeeze as much of the lemon as you can into the blender (keeping the seeds out).
  • Put peeled and sliced orange and grapefruit into the blender and add ¼ cup of water.
  • Blend for 1 minute or until well blended.
